  • Moved in about a month ago and yesterday he threatened to evict us over a few pieces of dog sh in the backyard. I cleaned it up and his
  • crew came in today to dispose of any junk the landlord has let build up outside (old toilets, boxes full of trash etc). I taped a sign to my grill
  • saying not to throw it out, I come outside to grill some drumsticks and she's gone (along with all my utensils). I'll never get to say goodbye and it makes no sense. Rest in peace.

  • In our apartment we have 2 bed rooms and a living room. Only one smoke detector.
  • He didn't give us the correct key for our mailbox, he told us to tell the mailman to put our mail in the mailbox we have a key for.
  • The vent over the stove does not work neither does the fan in the kitchen.
  • He even dumped the ashes of our grill into the yard and I am worried that will be a health hazard for my dogs.
  • We only moved in a month ago, if I could I would get the f out of this apartment but I don't want to break lease. HELP
  • somerandomd Ask him what is his problem? Why is he doing this stuff? He sounds like an a hole, but he is your landlord he can make your life h I, but you also have protections for unlawful entry and removal of your property. Have you been direct with him?
  • DizzlevsWorld ⚫ I would find your states tenants rights and go against him that way. It can usually be found online given its public info
  • Mindless-Flow Uhhh I'd be demanding the landlord replace it since it's his fault it's gone
  • Calgary Calico File a police report for stolen property. A grill is not trash and belongs outside
